Reiki (meaning Universal Life Energy) is a gentle, non-invasive healing system which is suitable for anyone as there are no contraindications. A treatment will be carried out fully clothed on a massage table or chair. The Reiki energy will then be channeled by the practitioner using various hand positions over the body and will flow to where it is needed. It is a deeply relaxing and calming therapy promoting peace and harmony of the mind, body & spirit. There are many benefits including relief from the symptoms of stress, anxiety and aches & pains.

CRYSTAL HEALING

Crystal Healing is a gentle but powerful form of energy healing. It is unique as a therapy as it works with both physical & etheric crystals and the practitioner will connect with the crystals intuitively. After consultation, you will lie, fully clothed on a massage table. Various crystals will be placed on or around the body using different layouts & grids. A treatment will work on your mind body & spirit and can raise your vibration, bring you back into balance and promote general health & well being. Each treatment can be tailored to your individual needs.
